Credentials will be issued in the Wasserman Media Center, located downstairs from the lobby of the LBJ School of Public Affairs (2313 Red River Street). The LBJ School is located next to the LBJ Library. Short-term parking is available in lot 38. [Parking map]

Credentials are non-transferable. Credentials must be picked up in person. A photo ID is necessary to claim credentials.

Freelance journalists must have the assigning editor/producer e-mail a letter of authorization. The letter should be on company letterhead, state the journalist's title, and give a brief description of coverage plans. Please e-mail this letter directly to Anne Wheeler, [email protected].
